Xbox

An Xbox code goes to a Microsoft account. The console only matters in that you are signed in with the right account on it.

1On the console: press the Xbox button, open Store, press the View button on your controller, then select "Redeem".
2Type the 25-character code. Capital letters and digits only; there are no lower-case letters in these codes.
3Confirm on the summary screen: it names the product before anything is spent.
4A Game Pass or Gold code extends the subscription on that account; a game is added to your library.
