How to top up PUBG Mobile UC, and where to find your player ID

Buying PUBG Mobile UC does not give you a code — the UC is applied directly to your account. That is why the order asks you for one thing: your player ID.

Not a password. Only the in-game number that is public anyway.

Where to find your player ID

1. Open PUBG Mobile.
2. Tap the profile icon, top right.
3. Just under your name you will see a number like ID: 5123456789.
4. Press the copy icon beside it.

The number is 9–11 digits and is only digits. It is not your character name — names can change, the ID cannot.

Türkiye or Global

They are separate products and mixing them up means the top-up cannot be applied.

• PUBG Mobile Türkiye — for accounts on the Türkiye server.
• PUBG Mobile Global — for global server accounts.

If you do not know which you are on, the login screen tells you when you open the game. If you are unsure, ask before ordering.

The order, step by step

1. Choose the amount of UC you want.
2. Enter your player ID — copy and paste it, do not type it.
3. Pay. The amount comes off your wallet balance.
4. The UC is applied to your account, usually within a few minutes.

Your order shows as completed once the top-up lands. Closing and reopening the game often makes the balance appear sooner.

What if I enter the wrong ID

The top-up cannot be reversed. The UC has gone to that account. Copy your number from the game — an ID with one digit wrong may well be somebody else's account.

If you gave the correct ID and the top-up still could not be applied, the amount is refunded to your wallet the same day.

Royale Pass works the same way

Royale Pass, Elite Royale Pass and Elite Pass Plus are also applied to the account, with the same player ID. You do not need to buy UC and then buy the pass in-game.
