Nintendo's November list puts three Switch 2 games on 5 November. If you buy them on the eShop, the card's region must match your account.
According to Nintendo's November 2026 release list, three games arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 today, 5 November:

eShop balance: region matters
Nintendo eShop balance is tied to your account's country. Before you buy a card:
- On Switch 2, open Nintendo eShop › your profile icon and check the account's country.
- Pick the same region: Nintendo USA for a US account, Nintendo UK for a UK account, Nintendo Germany for German and European accounts.
- Enter the code under Redeem Code in the eShop; the balance is added at once.
Nintendo Switch Online is a separate membership for online play; single-player games don't need it.
All Nintendo products are on the Nintendo page.
