What to check when buying a game account or item

A ready account saves time, but a few checks are worth doing. A short checklist from reading the listing to the first minutes after delivery.
Before you buy
- Read the listing's details. Server, class, level and rank are written on the listing. On the player market you can filter by these and see only the servers and classes you want.
- Is the original e-mail included? For Valorant, LoL and CS2 accounts, "Original e-mail included" matters. An account without its first e-mail can be reclaimed by its previous owner.
- Read the whole description. How and how fast the seller delivers is written there and in the listing details.
- Ask our support team first if anything is unclear. Clearing it up beats paying for a vague listing.
Paying
- Pay only through the site. Payment is held until the delivery is completed. A payment made outside the site, by bank transfer or any other way, has no such protection.
- If a seller tries to move you off the site, tell our support team.
After delivery
- Change the password straight away.
- Replace the e-mail and phone number with your own.
- Turn on two-step verification if the game has it.
- Check that everything on the listing (server, level, items) is really there.
If something is wrong, write to us from the order; the seller is not paid before the delivery is completed.
Keep in mind
Some games restrict account transfers in their terms of use, and the publisher may act on an account for it. Know the game's rules before you buy.
