How to redeem a PlayStation gift card
A PSN code is redeemed on the console or in a browser. Which account a Türkiye card works on, and how to check your region.
A PlayStation gift card is a 12-character code that adds balance to your PSN wallet. It can be redeemed on the console or in a browser.
On the console
PS5: Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes.
PS4: PlayStation Store from the home screen → Redeem Codes in the side menu.
In a browser
Go to store.playstation.com, sign in, and choose Redeem Codes from the profile menu.
Paste rather than type; 0 and O are easily confused in PSN codes.
Checking your region
A Türkiye card only works for accounts in the Türkiye region. You can see yours at:
Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Country/Region.
The region is the country you chose when the account was created. Changing it means creating a new account — an existing account's region cannot be changed.

What the balance buys
PSN balance works for games, DLC, a PlayStation Plus subscription and anything else in the store. It cannot be cashed out or moved to another account.
If the code is refused
Region is the usual reason. After that: the code may already have been used, or a character may have been misread. Write to us with your order number and the exact error PSN gave you.
