How to top up Free Fire diamonds: player ID and region
Free Fire top-ups run on your player ID. Where to find it, why region matters, and how long delivery takes.
Only one detail really matters before you pay for Free Fire diamonds: your player ID.
Finding the ID
- Open the game and tap your profile picture, top left.
- The ID sits under your name — a nine or ten digit number.
- Use the copy icon next to it. Typing it by hand is the most common mistake.
When you enter it on the order screen your in-game name appears. If the name is not yours, the ID is wrong — stop, because diamonds sent to another account do not come back.
Region matters
Free Fire runs regionally: Turkey, Europe, CIS and global packs are separate stock. Pick the one that matches your account. An order placed on the wrong region falls outside refunds.
How long it takes
Packs in stock are processed in seconds. When the publisher side is busy the order waits a few minutes as "processing"; you get an email when it completes and it shows on your account page.
If the diamonds have not arrived
- Close the game fully and reopen it — the balance usually appears on re-entry.
- Check the order page: does it say completed?
