Terms of Use

• One account per person or company. Opening a new account to replace a closed one is not allowed.
• If you are under 18 you may not place an order without a parent's consent.
• Keeping your credentials confidential is your responsibility. Orders placed from your account are yours.
• Reseller accounts are approved separately; partner prices are not visible until the account is approved.

• Using someone else's payment method without their permission.
• Selling stolen, forged or suspiciously sourced codes and accounts, or listing them on the player market.
• Overloading the system with automated tools, or attempting to defeat security measures.
• Copying site content without permission and republishing it commercially.
• Insulting, threatening or harassing our support team or other users.

Breaching these rules leads to the account being suspended or closed. Any balance is refunded, subject to outstanding obligations and to any legal proceedings.

Prices can change without notice as supplier costs and exchange rates move. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the order screen at the time you place it.

Where a price contains an obvious error (a misplaced decimal point, for example) the order is cancelled and the amount refunded; such cases are also announced.

In the player market the seller is the user who posted the listing. Pinoras acts as an intermediary providing escrow: the buyer's payment is held until delivery is complete.

The person who posted a listing is responsible for its accuracy. In a dispute, the escrowed amount goes to one party or the other according to the outcome of the review.

Brands, logos and game names on this site belong to their respective rights holders and are used only to identify the product being sold. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pinoras does not claim to be an authorised reseller of those brands.

There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or supplier-side problems. We do not promise uninterrupted service; we do refund any order that has been paid for and cannot be delivered.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order concerned. Indirect losses, loss of profit, and consequences arising from decisions made by third-party platforms are outside its scope.

Your rights under consumer law are unaffected.

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date it is published. Turkish law governs any dispute. For consumer disputes, the routes set out in clause 8 of the Distance Selling Agreement apply.
