The official post of 12 August says Amazon ends its live operations in early 2027 and Smilegate takes the game over. The game is not closing. According to that post: • Characters, progression, inventory, crystals, gold and purchases transfer. • Mail, memos and chat history do not. • Crystalline Aura subscriptions are cancelled. • Your Steam account stays the same and is linked on first login. If you have items sitting in your mailbox, collect them before the handover. What else are you unsure about?
