How to redeem a Razer Gold PIN
A Razer Gold PIN loads Razer Gold into your Razer account. The Gold is then spent on the games and services Razer supports.
- 1Sign in at gold.razer.com with the Razer account that will hold the balance.
- 2Choose "Reload" and then the "Razer Gold PIN" method.
- 3Type the PIN exactly as given, including the serial when the form asks for one.
- 4The balance appears in your account immediately and can be spent from the same page.

What the errors mean
- Invalid PIN
- A typing slip, or a serial entered in the PIN field. Paste both fields from your order page.
- This PIN has been used
- Redeemed before. Tell us within 14 days for a replacement or a refund.
- This PIN is not available in your country
- A local PIN on an account registered elsewhere.
