Privacy Policy

• Account: email, an irreversible hash of your password, company and contact details.
• Orders: what you bought, when, and for how much; for top-up orders, the game id you supplied.
• Wallet: deposit and spending records, and the crypto transaction hash.
• Technical: sign-in times, IP address, session cookie, failed sign-in attempts.

Your password is never stored as plain text; it is kept as an irreversible hash. Delivered codes are stored encrypted in the database.

To deliver your order, run your wallet, issue invoices, answer your support tickets and prevent unauthorised access to your account. We do not use it for anything else.

Marketing or announcement emails are sent only if you have separately opted in, and every one of them carries an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. We pass on only what is needed, to the parties needed to perform the service: your game id to the supplier performing a top-up, transaction details to payment networks, and, within the scope of the server service that stores it, to our hosting provider.

Your credit or debit card details never enter our system and are never stored. For crypto deposits we record only the transaction hash and the sending address — both already public on the blockchain, and both needed to match your payment to your account.

Site and API traffic is encrypted with TLS. Administrative access lives on a separate address, with two-step verification and session limits, and every operation that moves money or stock is written to an audit log. The database is backed up daily.

No system can promise absolute security. If a security incident occurs, we will notify you within the period the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your account through support. Order and invoice records that tax law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period; everything else is deleted.
