Distance Selling Agreement
This agreement is formed between you and the seller the moment you place an order on this site. You should read and accept it before ordering.
1. Parties and seller details
This agreement is formed electronically between the SELLER, whose details appear below, and the BUYER placing the order.
- Legal name
- [Legal name — to be filled in]
- Address
- [Address — to be filled in]
- Tax office / number
- [Tax details — to be filled in]
- [Email — to be filled in]
- Website
- pinoras.com
The BUYER confirms that the name, email, phone and billing details given when creating the account and placing the order are correct. These are used to perform the order and to issue the invoice.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject is the sale and delivery of one or more of the following, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the site:
- CD key / game key — a licence code used once on the relevant platform.
- E-pin and gift card code — a code that becomes balance in the relevant store or game.
- Account top-up — balance or credit applied to the game id the BUYER gives when ordering.
- Player market listings — a digital item sold by another user; in those transactions the seller is the person who posted the listing, and Pinoras acts as intermediary and escrow.
The essential characteristics of the product, its price and any regional restriction are shown on the product page before the order. Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed against wallet balance. The BUYER can order once a deposit to their wallet has been confirmed. The amount is reserved from the wallet when the order is placed and deducted when the product is delivered.
Deposits are made using the payment methods shown on the site. For crypto deposits, the balance is credited once the transaction is confirmed on the network; the SELLER is not responsible for transfers the BUYER sends to the wrong network or the wrong address.
The order is treated as performed once payment is taken and the product delivered. Where stock or a supplier makes delivery impossible, the order is cancelled and the amount refunded to the wallet the same day.
4. Delivery
Delivery is electronic; there is no physical shipment. The method is stated on the product page:
- Code from stock: appears on the order screen immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Code from a supplier: usually within a few minutes, and within 24 hours at the latest when busy.
- Account top-up: applied to the id the BUYER gave, within the same times.
A delivered code is shown under My orders in the BUYER's account. Codes are not sent through any other channel; anyone presenting themselves as Pinoras and asking for a code by email or message should not be trusted.
The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days. An order not delivered within that period is refunded to the BUYER.
5. Region and platform compatibility
Some codes can only be activated in certain countries or on certain platforms. Any such restriction is stated on the product page. The BUYER is responsible for checking compatibility with their own region and platform before ordering.
Where a code is itself valid but cannot be used because of a region or platform mismatch, the withdrawal exception in clause 6 applies. If you are not sure, ask support before ordering.
6. Right of withdrawal and its exception
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly by electronic means or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
Accordingly: once the code has been viewed, or the top-up has been applied to the account, the order cannot be returned. The BUYER confirms, before ordering, that they know and accept this.
An order that has not yet been delivered can be cancelled before delivery and the amount refunded to the wallet. If a delivered code turns out to be invalid or already used, the replacement and refund process on the Cancellation, Refunds and Delivery page applies.
7. The BUYER's obligations
- Not to share account credentials or delivered codes with third parties.
- To give the correct game id on top-up orders; the BUYER is responsible for top-ups applied to a wrong id, which cannot be reversed.
- Not to use the purchased item in breach of the relevant platform's terms.
- Not to use a payment method without authority; orders found to be fraudulent are cancelled and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities.
8. Dispute resolution
Within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the BUYER may take complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place of purchase or of their residence.
Opening a support ticket first resolves most problems the same day.
9. Entry into force
The BUYER accepts that they have read this agreement in full before ordering, and that by confirming the order they undertake the obligation to pay. The agreement is formed when the order is confirmed and ends on performance.
